we were on vacation in Newport Beach and my wife fell a chipped a number of teeth, a front one badly. dr smrecek and his daughter opened their closed office Christmas Eve and provided outstanding treatment. we were able to continue our vacation with her teeth appropriately repaired including the front one looking like no accident had happened. we are so grateful for them giving up their family time to attend to my wife. Newport Beach is very lucky to have such a doctor in their community

Dr. Smrecek is a great dentist and a wonderful person! There is not a dentist I've seen who I have ever liked better.
About Hygienist: I've been going to Teri for 12 years. She's not only likable, but very skilled and careful in her practice.

Dr. Smrecek is one of the best dentist's I have ever met! And I have met many dentist's throughout the years. He is kind, funny, smart and genuinely interested in his patients.
I have never felt any pain during or after any procedure that i have had done in Dr. Smrecek's office. He is really good about making sure that I have always been very comfortable. He has always been very informative about what procedure he was doing or what dental work I would need in the future.
I would (and I have!) recommend him to anyone who is inquiring about a dentist. He is the best as far as I'm concerned.
About Hygienist: His Hygienist is awesome. She's extremely sweet and gentle. I have never experienced any pain or discomfort during my cleaning's. Very professional!

Expensive but worth it! Lovely interior great personality. Great if you have the insurance to cover it I think. Overall would go to him again for anything!

I have been a patient of Dr. Smrecek since I moved to Irvine back in 1999. Even though I now live in the Valley, I still continue to only use Dr. Smrecek for all of my dental needs. He is a very thorough dentist who always does what is best for his patients. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but he has a calm, good-natured demeanor that will put anyone at ease. Though his fees are a little higher than some of the other dentists I have used, he is well worth it. I would highly recommend him.

I too have moved out of the area and make an appointment when I can to get back to Dr. Smrecek. I completely trust him and everyone in his office with their advice. After testing out a dentist in my new area, whom I don' t care for, I can honestly say, "I miss my dentist!"
Dr. Smrecek is honest and won't talk you into unnecessary procedures like other dentists. The entire staff is friendly and wonderful; they are always concerned about patient comfort and remembering who you are (not just your name in the chart).

I have been a patient since 1985 and will not go anywhere else. I live in Charleston, SC and travel back to S. California for all my dental needs. He is awesome!!!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Smereck.
