Dr. Charlie Palano's clinic in Antioch is so uptight in their appointment schedules. They are inconsiderate about patients being late on their appointments. Forget about the friendly-family atmosphere, and welcome to pure business...efficiency and profit. So if you're a little late...forget about your treatment....come back next month. Worst they will charge you $50 if you won't able to make it.
