I have known Dr. Scollard from his earliest days in practice - and even knew him when he went to dental school at the prestigious dental school at UCLA. He is incredibly conscientious, and from his earliest days has prided himself on nothing less than perfection. At one point I had only Medicaid and he gave me 5 star treatment as if I had been a movie star. I owe him a great deal, he is one of the finest dentists I ever had. He is not only a fine dentist, but a man of real integrity and care. Oakland is blessed with him.

Takes his time, a real craftsman, sensitive to any discomfort, and extremely likeable.

Dr. Scollard is incredibly conscientious about doing work that will that will outlast his patients. He strives to use only the best materials (gold, whenever possible). He is really an engineer at heart, and wouldn't think of cutting corners. You can trust Dr. Scollard to fix it right the first time.
In addition, he is an interesting person, and particularly attuned to the Oakland/Piedmont community and all its various inhabitants.

Dr Scollard did dental work for me 30 years ago, and I have been grateful to him ever since. His work was reasonably priced but not cheap. His skill was of the highest degree. He is very confident and competent.
