It is nice little facilities and friendly staff however I wouldn't go to this office if I have a serious problem. They don't do root canals. Just regular cleanings, fillings, crowns and cosmetic stuff that i don't care much about at all. I had a crown done here. It started with regular treatment of bottom tooth for cavity. After some drilling I was informed that cavity is too big and it got drilled very close to the nerve and filling wouldn't help so I need a crown. Not before (what are Xrays for then?) but after drilling. So I had no choice but have the rest of tooth filed off for the crown. I have also asked if root canal needs to be done before the crown the answer was "we don't do root canals". Couple of weeks while waiting for permanent crown I had a temporary crown and tooth was sore all the time. I had to take pain killers to sleep. After permanent crown was put on it came out OK however I still feel that tooth under it if I bite something harder with it.
I am in search of office that does all advanced procedures like root canal treatment, wisdom tooth rextraction etc. I think those office run by better and advanced dentists in general.

Nidhi Pai is a nice dentist. I like her a lot but have not been terribly impressed with the rest of the staff. The hygenist didn't seem as knowledgeable as others that I've seen. The office is pleasant - it's painted in pretty colors, and they serve hot tea.

I was new to the area and needed to get my teeth cleaned. I read the reviews and on that basis I made an appointment with Dr. Nidhi Pai for check up. When I reached there, without consulting me, I was shown to a very junior doctor in the office. He seemed inexperienced and nervous. He took more than 20 x-rays of the same area as he was not able to get the x-rays done properly.
All the time, I kept waiting and hoped that Dr. Nidhi would come but she did not come. Later I came to know that she was unavailable. The staff was not helpful and failed to provide information. The environment was also unprofessional.
I would highly recommend that if you are planning to visit Dr. Nidhi Pai then make sure you are going to meet her and not the junior doctors.

I visited Dr Pai office after reading favorable reviews, but I was very disappointed. I was a new patient and visited her office for general checkup and cleaning, but she did not even bother to come and talk to me. She had a new dentist in dentist (may be a trainee or something) who attended me.
I believe they should right away tell during the appointment that which doctor is going to attend you. Isn't it obvious that I want to meet the doctor whose office I called up for an appointment. I had not-so-good experience during my visit ,and will neither visit nor recommend anyone to her office in future.

I went to Nidhi Pai for oral-cleaning. I have excellent teeth.
My previous dentist charges $120 for xrays and $86 for periodic cleaning.
The quality of cleaning was average.
Nidhi offered a "deep cleaning". Guess what! she charged me almost $1500+. with $250.00 charged for each section of the teeth. On top she charged for some "Anti-infective" agent $120.
I did not need the "extras" and wasn't told it will cost in the thousands
I have complained to my Insurance and will follow through. Beware of what she offers!

I HAVE BEEN IN THE HOTEL BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME , I HAD MASTERED HOW TO SMILE WITHOUT SHOWING MY TEETH. I SAW SEVERAL DENTISTS BUT THEY WANTED TO BUY A SPORTS CAR OUT OF MY DENTAL BILL :-) IN SHORT I COULD NOT TRUST ANYBODY. I SAW DR.PAI'S ADD HER FACE LOOKED VERY HONEST , I MADE A APPOINTMENT WITH HER. HER OFFICE IS VERY CLEAN , LOVELY COLORS THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN YOU KNOW ITS SPECIAL! SHE EXPLAINS THE POCEDURES IN DETAILS SOMETIMES TOO MUCH , VERY GENTLE FIRST TIME I FELT GOING TO DENTIST WAS FUN. I GOT MY VENEERS DONE, FOR THE FIRST TIME I CAN SMILE, I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW EASY IT WAS.
SHE IS A TURELY GIFTED DENTIST, SHE DOES NOT PUSH YOU FOR ANY EXTRA STUFF, VERY PLEASANT. SHE HAS A KIDS PLAY ROOM AND DVDS FOR CHILDREN I TAKE MY DAUGHTER WITH ME FOR ALL MY APPOINTMENTS SHE LOVES IT.

Nidhi Pai is pleasant and nice and the equipment in her office is the latest. You can also get an appointment very quick. She does a good job too. But before you go to her its good to consult your healthcare about the coverage. If you are a first time patient she asks you to take an X-Ray,antibiotics for deep cleaning and what not. And then you end up getting a big bill. You have to ask her questions before she performs any prodecures on you. She would always say you absolutely need it but you have to see if its necessary for you. And always cross check the bills she sends you and ask your health care agent about your coverage. I got billed twice once. She is a smooth talker but be aware of the procedures done on you.

Excellent! Dr. Pai is a kind and caring person who just happens to be a dentist, and a very fine one! I've had way too much experience with dentists, and I consider myself qualified to judge. She is wonderful!

The best dentist i've been to. I'm generally apprehensive of dentists but Dr Nidhi Pai completely set me at ease and did a great job with both my fillings and root canal. My entire family is going to her clinic now. She is especially great with kids - I've a 4 year old.
Excellent staff and their clinic uses the latest digital x-rays technology.
