Very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I have had all of my old mercury filled fillings replaced with white fillings and they look great. Staff is also very attentive. Highly recommend Dr Buchanan and her staff.

Terrible!!! I am trying to have them give my own X-Rays back or send them to my new dentist. Not only they want to charge me for that, they say they need to make copies and won't give me a date when the copies will be ready. They are procastinating. They say everybody is very busy and they work two days a week, so I will just have to wait for them to do "one copy here, another copy there" until they are done. The whitening tray they claim to give you is a good trick to make you choose to go there. I have been waiting for it since December 2010, it is April 2011 !!! Unbelievably poor costumer service, ugly and old environment, low tech and less than average dental skills. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I love this whole group. I trust all the dentists and hygienist here. They are very comfortable to be around and they are aware of the fact that you do not want to be there all day!
About Hygienist: I really like them all. They are very personable and know what they are doing.

I visited Dr. Buchanan based on the reviews here. I felt the hygienists were very rushed and did not floss behind my permanent retainer. Since the majority of my dental work is simply cleanings, I was very disappointed. There was very heavy pressure to have x-rays done. I had to refuse them several times. This made me exceptionally uncomfortable.

This denist is very thorough, she does excellent dentistry, which I can truly say as a patient, and dental assistant. The quality of care is excellent, and the conservative diagnosis, is much appreciated. She will only do necessary treatment on patients.

Dr. Buchanan is personable, and makes you feel very comfortable. She is very thorough in each check up. I highly recommend her!
