Dr. Mori is outstanding. Our entire famly goes there. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She truly cares about each patient.

Dr. Mori has provided our families dental care for 15 years.. Up until now we had an excellent experience with her practice. As the years have gone on, she has become extremely busy. Her recent change in office managers is probably the worst experience I have ever received. Rude, constant mistakes on appointments and insurance billing. has been a very negative experience. I wonder if Dr. Mori cares or even knows how her patients are being treated.

Dr Mori's office is very comfortable and they provide excellent service. Dr Mori has a great personality, and makes me look forward to my checkups. She is a dentist I feel I can trust. She is, however, hard to get in to see. I would have to book 3+ months in advance, and if something comes up that I have to reschedule, I'm looking at another 3 months before I can get in to see her. But the last I checked, she has stopped accepting new patients, which should help to improve her availability to existing patients.
I can't comment on cost, because I had excellent coverage through my insurance company, and they seemed to cover 100% of the expenses, with cleanings 2x per year.

She does seem to care but she seems to find more wrong with my teeth than any other doctor. She wants to see me every 4 months for a cleaning when my old doctor, who I saw for a 2nd opinion said every 6 months would be fine.

Nice dentist, expensive, knowledgeable, busy and hard to get an appt. Very conservative. Wants to do things that sometimes I have questioned the urgency.
