I went to his office and it is old and unfriendly by appearance.
In addition, his office has old outdated equipment.
I needed an referral since the beginning of Dec, 2014. They finally submitted it 6 weeks after I saw this dentist.
I have had 2 appts with a specialist and need to cancel them because he did not do his part in a timely manner.
