Dr. Cao has been caring for my teeth for over twelve years and throughout that time he and his staff have always provided me with personal, friendly, and helpful care. I am treated as family every visit. Someone always inquires about my health, wife, dogs, hobbies, travel, et al.
We all have our unique needs and Dr. Cao, Dr. Gina and staff go out of their way to ensure my comfort during procedures.The front office is always clean, quiet and well lit. Individual rooms are always spotless, instruments are in new condition technology is the latest and procedures are the best and have been honed to near perfection. There has never been more than 2 or three people in the waiting room. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be shown to a room. If I show up early, I am in and out early. If I'm late there are no repercussions. I have gotten in the same day when I've lost an old crown or such and always receive a postcard and telephone call to remind me of an upcoming appointment.
If there is a dental office in heaven, they will have a hard time trying to match the quality of care found in Dr. Cao's office.
