This is by far the worst dentist I have ever seen in my 54 years. She is arrogant, condescending, argumentative, defensive, unprofessional and comes across as the ultimate expert, regardless of the patient's concerns or discomfort, and is ill-equipped to be in this professon. She is vindictive, self-important, and delivers poor-quality work. Avoid this dentist like the plague. She should have her license suspended.

About Hygienist: The hygienist at SmileCare Kearny Mesa is the one redeeming factor at this dental mill. She is consistently warm, friendly, professional and positive.

Dr. Baitchev has replaced my broken crowns. She was always very concerned with my comfort, and spent plenty of time with me. The facilities in Kearny Mesa are clean and modern, and the support staff have allways been courtious. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Baitchev to anyone.
About Hygienist: Both Wendy and Ghetty are knowledgeable, well trained and compasionate hygienists.

Long waits. Old equipment in some places plaster is peeling off the walls. Dentist is not friendly. very pushy. Sems focused on "deep cleanings:" and other things not covered by my insurance. fillings fell out after less than a month
