It seems to me over the years that I have gone to this Dentist that there is always some product or service that the Dentist would like to recommend. It seems to me that my teeth is never really clean and that they highly recommend getting an electric toothbrush, especially the one that Dr. Sepi sells.
Dr. Sepi always calls the shots and has her worker Rachael do the followup to convince you that you need that extra service or product.
If it's not the electric toothbrush, it's zoom whitining, and if it's not that, it's braces. Every time I go and visit her it's always asking those same questions and kinda manipulating you in trying to get those services.
Rachael, the billing and front desk person, really doesn't know what she is doing and sometimes she is incompetent with her scheduling of clients.
I would say the dentist is pretty expensive overall and that you steer clear if you give into the constant sales pitches. You will spend more if you give in.

Great Doctor. Genuine care. She is not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. She does not compete for price but excells in her work and does not cut any corners. She is very thorough explaining every aspect of the procedure before doing any work.

medical staff is helpful, but the male receptionist was very pushy about trying to schedule expensive optional procedures. I hear they hay have changed the receptionist, though.
