Weak in customer service and if you complain about the customer service he drops you. Tried to push unnecessary service.

I was fortunate to have Dr. Farmer and his staff to work with when it was time for me to go through my veneer procedures. Everyone in the office is a delight to work with. And that says alot coming from a Longhorn Fan!!!!!!!!!! Go Horns!!! Bobby Johnson

Dr. Randy is fabulous, highly skilled, entreating and backed by a staff that practices excellence! I have thoroughly enjoyed my visit each time.... Even when I needed a root canal! Every time I go they are ready for me. They are on time and not over-schedualed. The facilities are beautiful, relaxing not to mention high tech. The techniques Dr. Farmer uses are very gentile to the body and very effective in long term treatment. He's the best!
