worst dentist. not busy and not available all time. she do not have trust on patients. too expensive and over charged after insurance applied.

Dr. Batra and her team are the most caring individuals I have ever dealt with. Whenever i call the office, they work with my schedule to find me a time. Dr. Batra always has done great work for me and sees me in any emergency. i am always pleased with her work and always recommended her.

About Hygienist: Magda cleans my teeth and she is so gentle and caring. She explains exactly what she is doing and is very informative. Very nice

Absolute worst dentist ever. Not only did she do terrible work that I had to go get redone by a specialist and now in the end am having to have a tooth pulled because of Batra's mess up, but she is refusing to reimburse me the crazy amount she charged for a root canal. Not only did this happen to me but what coincidence it also happened to my sister, she had some fillings done by Batra that a different dentist had to fix. Batra charges way too much for her crap work. DO NOT GO THERE unless you have tons of money to blow and expect to get treated like crap when you ask them to make right on their wrong.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff was ok. Lynette had quite an attitude when I called with my concerns of having to pay over $1200 for one tooth now.

About Hygienist: Hygeienist was great, explained everything before she did anything, answered all questions, made sure I was comfortable.

dr. batra is my general dentist and has been taking care of our teeth for the past seven years. she is exceptional at her craft and does outstanding cosmetic work and general dentistry. very ethical, honest and always make the patient feel comfortable. i would highly recommend her to others and she really lifts you up with her bubbly personality.

About Front Desk: outstanding, very competent in scheduling, insurance, dealing with copays, etc.

About Hygienist: outstanding staff of hygenists, they really care and are meticulous about results.

Dr. Batra performs all of the following services at her office. In-office and home whitening kits, Intra-oral camera for before after results, personal/heated massage chairs can perform endodontic (root canal therapy) in one visit and fillings and porcelain crowns. I liked heated and messaged chairs.
