Dr. Richey is a top notch dentist. His dental staff is knowledgeable and efficient as well. His administrative staff leaves a lot to be desired, I had numerous problems with their staff rescheduling the same appointment numerous times, lost cancellations and appointments, and the like. My frustration with his administrative staff led me to go to another provider despite his excellent treatment.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. is proficient and work oriented...will provide more detailed information when asked.

His bedside manner is sort of a problem. When I went there knowing what was wrong with me, he took care of it--no muss no fuss. When I went with an emergency (and didn't know what was wrong and was a little upset) he was dismissive and unhelpful. He's OK, relatively cheap (and his friendly staff is always trying to help find a reasonbly priced specialist), but I think its time for me to find someone else.

He is a very quiet dentist but gets the work done. Good job but bad "bed side manner". But I don't go to him for bedside manner... just GREAT dental work. Staff is Top Notch!
