Dr. Simerlein is awesome! Very personable and honest.
She will tell you the real situation of your teeth and not "try" to get more work done on your teeth. Her small office is wonderfully intimate. She has always hired very good people....especially Kathi!!!

Dr. Simerlein's office staff was very pleasant, helpful and relaxed. The insurance was taken care of very, very efficiently by the front desk. The hygienist was very solitious and made me feel very comfortable. All in all, a dental experience that was effective, relatively painless, efficient and I must say if and when I need to repeat, will be at Dr. Simerlein's.

Dr. Simerlein, Kathy and Trish are great! Your needs are accommodated, the treatment is professional and friendly, and it is a zero stress environment. Let them know if you have special considerations or anxieties and they will address your concern to your satisfaction. The Zen-like music coupled with outstanding treatment make what can be an uncomfortable experience one that is unlike any other dentist visit I've ever experienced.

Dr. Simerlein is a gentle, no nonsense dentist. I would have stayed with her except for the fact that I changed dental coverage and she doesn't take my new plan.

The office is very small, w/o privacy of any degree. I only saw her 3 times. She replaced a crown that had come off, but did not fit it correctly so that it hurt for several weeks afterwards. When I mentioned this, she dismissed it casually, and did not offer to check it. Her attitude seemed cynical, patronizing. For example, she suggested I was a smoker, which I denied, then kept referring to me as a smoker -- that kind of thing. My real problem came when she repaired a visible cavity on the outside of one of my eye teeth. The filling was far larger than the cavity it replaced, and bulked out of the tooth, and was not matched at all to the color of the tooth, so it looked like bread stuck to my tooth. I asked her to bring it down more in line with the curve of the tooth, and she did but it still looked terrible. She did other teeth perfectly, so I don't know what the problem was. Obviously there was nothing she could do now about the color. It was grotesque, and I'm not exaggerating. I wrote a letter later explaining why I wasn't a happy patient. She made no comment. Now 2 years later a line of decay has appeared along the bottom where filling meets tooth. Other dentists have remarked on it out of curiosity. It's embarrassing.

I've never met a more friendly staff in my entire life...and especially at a dental office. In the past, I've never enjoyed going to the dentist until I met Dr. Simerlein and Kathy.

Just moved to Connecticut and the Fam misses you guys.
Dr. Simerlein always made me feel at ease. She never was rushed nor did I ever see her in a bad mood.

The Dr. and her staff are so awesome! I moved thousands of miles away and wish I could've taken them all with me!! Not only do they have the best customer service but the Dr. actually is the one that does the cleanings! They were recommended to me highly from friends and I in turn recommend people too.
