all my dental surgery, tooth removal, crown building, gum surgery, and implants were one under her remarkable care. She is MOST highly recommended without any doubt, and any patient is quite fortunate to have her treat them.

July 13, 2013 I was in this office and I was aware of the following services this doctor or her assistant had provided:
1) blood pressure
2) FM X-ray incl BW
3) comp oral eval
4) prophy - aduct
5) Composit -1surf (one location only)
The doctor office claimed for 7 of item 5) and for the total cost was $1,795.00
This charge is very questionable. I called and gave them a warning ...

July 13, 2013 I was in this dentist office and the following services she has performed on me:
1) Prophy - adult
2) comp. oral eval
3) FM xray incl BW
4) blood pressure
5) Composite - surf
This doctor office claimed with my insurance for $1,795.00.
I called this office and did not get clear explanation.
For service 5), this office claimed for 7 times and apparently the doctor did only one location of my mounth.

Her processes are pretty painless. However her charging records are pretty questionable
About Hygienist: she becomes very familiar with you, and unprofessional

Dr. Tran was very nice and easy going witch made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. going back to see for my check up couldn't come soon enough.she's not hard on the eyes.She has a very nice and welcoming staff. thank you Kristine .good work see you soon.

She is cheap if you have insurance because she usually reduces the copayments for procedures and deductibles.
However, with the lower cost comes worse customer service. I have waited over an hour just for a cleaning at times. And she is always in a rush and I don't feel that she takes her time with cleanings or fillings (which is mainly what I have seen her for).
My gums were really sore from my last cleaning because she did such a hurried job.

Krisitine is an expert on her field; She and her staff always demonstrate an outstanding personality; friendly and professional.
Her place of business is always very clean and organized.
Beside the routine cleanings, I had several old fillings replaced with outstanding results every time.
We are happy to be her customer/patients.

I've been having to go to Transdental for the past few years because Kristine Tran, DDS have exhausted my dental insurance Maximums. Every year I can't go seek another dentist because I've reached my Maximums and yet I only got a teeth cleaning and a some fillings done. Tran, DDS over books herself with clients and gets overwhelmed and rushes the dental work. When I have my appointment at 10 am, I'm at the office by 9:45 am and I end up waiting an hour before I get seated and then another hour in the dental chair while she hops around from patients to patient. She's always rough with me to a point when I get home, my gums and mouth are sore for days. When I need to talk to Tran, DDS about my insurance payout for services I didn't render, she constantly avoids me and would send me off for another day. I feel stuck and cannot go and find another dentist that will provide the service and meet the needs I am seeking due to my insurance being Maxed out every year by Transdental office.
