I will say the poor website and inability to make online payments stinks. Also they do not send you an update bill every month and so keeping track is hard. Trying to make payments when you are a full time worker and the billing department bills the WRONG insurance, because they DO NOT LISTEN THE FIRST TIME is also a time waster. They also quoted me the wrong price from insurance and I was left with over $1,000.00 bill at the end.
