Always kind, patient, and helpful. Still remembers me from when I was a child. I had to switch dentists due to insure change once and I was miserable. I begged for different insure to go back to Dr. Jay. His son now works there and is just as wonderful. Highly recommended!

Dr. Jay Baldwin has been our family dentist for 20 years. He is professional and pleasant, and has a calming effect. He has done excellent gold crowns and inlays on me. He respects my wishes for fewer x-rays. And he has been quite painless (which is important to me). I can't say the same for various temporary hygienists over the years, but those people seem to come and go. Dr. Jay Baldwin is now phasing into retirement, with the practice being taken over by his son, Dr. Jason Baldwin. So far, so good. He's very much like his father in the way he approaches patient care.

great dentist! Dr. Baldwin made me feel safe, comfortable and very at ease. I have a tremendous amount of anxiety with dental issues and it wasn't a problem with Dr. Baldwin and his staff. They are gentle, knowledgeable and great people!

This dentist have done my wisdom tooth extraction when he should have refered me to the specialist (surgeon). Not only that he took poor X-ray (cheap) but had no clue (it was very obvious to any experianced dentist) that the procedure is risky. He permanently and unrepairably damaged my nerv. Feeling on my right side of jaw is all messed up and I live in constant pain for years now. He made me sign paper to protect himself from the lawsuit (painfull thing to do), but he obiousely cannot care less of his patients. I would not trust him to do any repair work, he can just do plain technical crown puting work (which brings the most money and he is looking for).
