I saw this dentist for about a year. I needed a crown in Feb, 2006. I paid $600 and the insurance paid $400 for a new crown, but it chipped after 4 months. When I asked to talk to the crown contractor to figure out why, he refused and asked me to pay another $200 to replace it. I do not think it's fair since I was told the crown is good for at least 20 years., and I paid a full amont. He also charged me for the following treatment after the crown chipped. I seriously doubted his ethics and his skills. I will not recommend this dentist to anyone in San Jose area.

Dr. Egelston is extremely nice and communicative. You feel very comfortable as he works on your teeth because he explains things before he does them. His staff is the warmest staff you'll ever meet! Wonderful environment for children as well! Highly recommended!!!!
