I was in a very painful mountain biking accident, which resulted in three knocked out teeth and a broken alveolar ridge. I had the bone graft, tissue graft, and implant surgery performed in the offices of Dr. Yellich (Maxillofacial Surgery Center of San Jose), and Dr. Goudy took care of the cosmetic aspects.
Don is a very talented and skilled dentist. Due to severe bone loss, the gumline was affected and required molding and contouring; Don made multiple adjustments to the stayplate as I was going through the surgeries. Implant was without flaw and yes, no pain during or after (minor ache administered with aspirin)
