Visiting Dr. Hancock is the opposite of the stereotype of a dental visit to be dreaded. It is instead a very pleasant non-threatening experience. Even the application of the anesthesia is painless and almost unnoticeable.
The examination room is a little antiseptic -- it could benefit from a minor artistic face lift. However, the soothing NPR stream is an enjoyable distraction.
For the sake of his patients (like me), I hope that he never retires.
About Hygienist: All of the staff are courteous, organized and polite. A pleasure to deal with.

Very very nice and gentle man. My mom also saw him. Very professional and experienced and the place has a good atmosphere. Never had any problem with billing at all. Highly recommended.

A great dentist. I good chair-side manner. Interesting to talk to. I feel very confident in the work he does. His staff are always efficient and friendly.

Dr. Hancock is the best dentist I have ever had. He and his assistant are always friendly and comforting. He will answer all questions and never scolds.

I had to change dentists becaue mine wasn't covered under my plan. I picked Dr. Hancock out o the provider list and couldn't be happier. He is very friendly and takes the time to explain everything. He is the "old school" type and is very patient. He even does my cleanings. He has great stories and his conversations with you make the time pass quickly. He did a crown for me and I am a squeamish patient. It was a breeze.

Dr Hancock is the "Grandfatherly type" very soft spoken, yet very knowledgeable in the work he does.
Have yet to have any complaints about any work, Dr Hancock has ever done and have been going to him over three (3) years now .. with no concern about injections .. he has a way of doing those, where you can not even always tell what is going on.
His office employees are attractive, helpful, outgoing and maintain excellent records of everything quite nicely.
I would HIGHLY suggest anyone try this Dentist .. He also does accept Delta Dental Coverage payments.
