Made me wait in the lobby for 1.5 hrs before I could be seen by the dentist. Finally, when I go into the office it looked like the chairs and equipment was rusted. OMG...to my surprise they were disorganized and an assistant came in to tell me the wrong thing, thinking I was a different patient. The doctor came in and asked for an x-ray. I had brought one from my general dentist and he said that it didn't tell him anything. I was mad because the front desk had asked me to bring it in. My mom waited an hour the day before for the dentist to give it to her. When I went to get the x-rays....she couldn't adjust the height and made me squat. The only problem is that I just recently got into a car accident and my back is hurting. The pad they put over you didn't even rap around me. I had to hold it. Also, she didn't clean the device she wanted me to put my mouth in until I told her to. This is just a really bad place. DIRTY, with bad service. The staff is not knowledgable and they do not give you your opinions such as being sedated, etc. DON"T GO HERE.
