Dr. Shoultz has always been very welcoming and exceptionally friendly! The waiting room is very small, but you shouldn't be waiting very long. He'll explain the procedures that he's doing at the same time he's performing them versus before hand, so there's not really much time for you to comment on it (especially when you have all kinds of gadgets being stuck into your mouth!) I'd suggest you to ask what are the steps he'll be taking before he begins (after his evaluation of course).
