I went 2Dr. V. after coming upon his website &contacting his staff.As w/all things, the honeymoon phase was remarkable, breathtakingly so!The staff set up appts 4 review,making treatment plans, cost est. etc.Of course,there is a wise saying that the proof is in the pudding!Come d-day, the Dr.arrives an hour &a half after our appointment (okay, can be excused if generous of heart) &began the work.It was a tricky session &I had trouble with the anesthetic.Sad to say, no one from the clinic ever called to check in on me (I fainted in their parking lot!!!) &to make things worse, a couple of months later, the filling just broke off.I tried to get back in leaving mgs for the doctor, the off. mgr what have u with no avail.So, figuring this was fate, I tried to find other doctors who would do the work.This is when the office incesssantly kept calling me about hygiene visits which irked me no end-I wrote an email2 the mgr stating how dare u expect me to come back when u could fix the bad job that was done.She tried some damage control and got me into the office.Now,I was willing to give it a try a 2nd time only to be hit again with the fact that they did a patch up & a terrible job(not real treatment) Moral:no amt of degrees=a job welldone

Very clean office and very professional staff. The hygiensts are very good and the reciptionest is friendly.

Dr. Vellequette did a fantastic job on my upper 10 crowns/veneers. My teeth look great and I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of my experience in going to Dr. Vellequette. He and his staff were very attentive and I was aware of every detail of what was going to happen before my appointments.

The doctor filled many cavities and tried to save as much bone as possible. He performed root canals as a last resort. Very good service and relaxing. The hygenists could be better, however, Dr. V is very good at taking his time to explain things.

This is my first visit with Dr. Vellequette and his staff. I was treated as a valued client, given all the time I needed for assessment and the two and a half hours was a completely satisfied experience. My questions answered, future treatment outlined, teeth expertly cleaned and treatment outlined for gum health. The other staff were most considerate, helpful, certainly pleasant , and overall this first appointment left me with a feeling of pleasure compared with other dental visits with other dentists around the U.S. over close to 7 decades.

I have never been a very big fan of getting any kind of dental work done. However, when I contacted Dr. Vellequette's office I was greeted by a very caring and competent staff. All of my issues and concerns were addressed and I was offered a couple different way's to go about getting my desired results.
I'm on a fairly tight budget, but they worked with me and came up with a payment plan that is more than satisfactory.
I've never been so impressed not only with the work that was done, but by the Dr. himself, the facility and the staff. The girls in the front office were wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Vellequette (in fact I have to all my family and friends!).

Dr. Vellequette is knowledgeable and friendly. He discussed with me my treatment options in detail.

I was concerned when I visited Dr. Vellequette the first time and had no follow up call for an appointment we all understood was to occur. I actually thought my business was not wanted. Five months later in August I received a letter of apology- and a bill that went unpaid for months because I didn't know I owed anythingafter the insurance review- and they never told me. I understand after visiting this site that it was the office help causing this problem but eventually the Dentist bears all responsibility for keeping them. I have to say that after hiring the new Office Manager - things seem to be clicking along great. I received a confirmation e-mail and a way to confirm and not confirm over e-mail. This fits my lifestyle well. I'm going back in a couple of days( yes he has eve and weekend appts.) My first appt was painless and very, very very thorough. This is why I want to give him another chance. He spent 2.5 hours with me then. Certainly I was not rushed and he was very pleasant. He cost more than typical but you get what you pay for. I'll come back after I start getting results.
