Dr. Northrop has been the dental care expert for our family of five for more than a decade. His office is staffed with warm and friendly people that make you feel comfortable and welcome. Prices seem comparable to what is customary and reasonable but I have rated them as extremely cheap because the service and quality are superior and more indicative of a "Zen Den".They provide a relaxed atmosphere, yet are so efficient that my only gripe has ever been that In twelve years I've never been able to finish reading a single magazine article during my appointment - seems like no matter when I show up, they are always ready! Additionally, there is an attention to detail that makes every client I have mentioned his name to feel like family because from secretary to dental hygienist each person involved in your care manages to remember significant events in your life and conveys an interest in the well being of your family. And this interest is not contrived: When we were still new to town, my daughter chipped her front teeth while roller blading on a Sunday afternoon and Dr. Northrop dropped whatever else he was doing and met us at his office to save her smile and calm my nerves! Can you REALLY ask for better care than that?
About Hygienist: The Hygienists are so reliable and my children have been able to count on a familiar face during each visit for years. They [my kids] are so relaxed with any/every procedure that I know even my youngest child is able to communicate her needs and comfort level without hesitation. Excellent environment. Superior Care.
