i went into for one specific treatment and was treated horribly! i waited for hours to finally see the doctor who sat me down, looked in my mouth and sent me out the door without any information. the secretary staff said they would call me the following day. when i never heard from them, i called. the person that was suppose to call me had the day off. why did she say she would call if she knew she had the day off? this basic back and forth continued for a week and a half, just trying to find out if they could fix the one simple problem i had. they never returned phone calls and were not helpful in the least. i finally got a different dentist. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST if you are searching for a new dentist. he might be good to old patients but he certainly didn't demonstrate any kindness or concern when dealing with me.
About Hygienist: one secretary was helpful and kind. the rest wasted so much of my time and energy. they need to get organized and figure out basic customer service.

Proffesionalism is found from the moment you step in. The staff is helpful and corteous. Dr Debbane is a great dentist with passion for his work. I had root canal and felt little to no discomfort during the procedure. I live in San Jose and would be more convenient to have a San Jose dentist. Instead I work in a trip to Dr Debbane when I'm in our SF office.

The best dentist I've ever known. Twenty years ago I was new in town and needed follow-up care for my soon-to-be removed races. Luckily, I found Dr. Debbane through 1-800-DENTIST. I received excellent orthodontic care and, through the years, have had great results with my dental care, including crowns and root canals.
When distance prevented me from seeing Dr. Debbane, I would go to other dentists , but they never measured up...
Not only is he technically skilled, he is personable as well. I also have high regard for his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Debbane for 20 years. The care is thorough, professional, personal and the cost reasonable. I have never been less than happy with the care I have received. Once, the treatment he gave me for a cavity made the tooth ultra sensitive and painful. He redid the tooth with another treatment at no extra cost to me - full satisfaction. I sent my friend who has always hated going to the dentist because it made her nervous. He made her completely at ease and she was very happy.

Walked in and was seated straight away in the dental chair- no annoying wait in the sitting area with out of date magazines here.
Location of the practice is in the Mission area and looks a bit run down from the outside, but once you enter the door and walk up the stairs you are greeted by a very friendly receptionist in a clean and sterile environment. This facility has the most up to date dental equipment I have seen- X-rays are viewed immediately on the computer screen in front of you.
Dr. Debbane and his staff of highly trained dental assistants made my visit a quick and painless experience. I highly recommend this dentist, and have sent all my friends to him.
