While doctor Berry him self was not bad, frond office stuff is horrible. Billing issues, not following insurance instructions given and clearly discussed with the billing person. If you miss the appointment for any reason, including being immobile due to major surgery, you are going to get charged 100 dolars. no compromise. Even I liked dr. Berry, I am not going back to that place

Dr. Kevin Berry was my dentist for several years, until 2008. In 2007 he recommended a cosmetic crown procedure, which caused me to have multiple root canals, 3 bone grafts and two implants plus implany maintenance moving foward multiple times a year.
He recommended the procedure despite my substansial bone loss prior to the procedure. He further failed to provide me with a risk sheet or informed consent and I had no idea that additional bone loss could be a result of the procedure.
He was investigated by the Dental Board, and they forwarded the case the disciplinary arm of the Department of Regulatroy Agencies, and it is sitting there pending action.
Dr. Kevin Berry recommended unnecessary work which I have had several detnal professionals since then appaled that the he would do so given my dental history. The only purpose was to line his pockets, and at the end of the day I have incurred more dental bills in the last 12 months than I think I have in my whole life combined, not to mention I am in the double digits for oral surgeries if you count all the root canals.
Then to top it all off, he forged documents to attempt to cover up his actions, and has had his attorney put me offer for months,

Good chair-side manners but poor crown work, rude billing/front desk help.
