The facilities were decent and staff friendly and nice, services completed were great. However trouble began when i went to leave they told me I had to pay--I wasn't prepared to fork over $412 for a cleaning and xrays. I told them that they had told me my insurance would cover it and they said oh they will just send you a reimbursement check in a few days. A few weeks go by I get my reimbursement check, It only covered $198 of the cleaning, because Eslao's office coded my xrays incorrectly and they were not covered. When I called Marisa who has the most pleasant tone, but has horrible rationale that because their service is so outstanding that they would recode it, wait another few weeks, then when I get my second reimbursement check they would refund the difference----only Dr Eslao charges way more than what insurance was willing to pay. Marisa has several reasons why its higher and I should be willing to pay--but what it really comes down to is CUSTOMER SERVICE---those things need to be discussed up front. I've never been to any office run like this and the push back and insistence of not covering the unexpected costs not covered by insurance should be comp'd because of their poor communication and lack of customer loyalty

Dr. Eslao is a wonderful charming highly confident dentist. I would have to say this was the best experence i've every had at the dental office. Keep up the good work ladies.

Dr. Eslao is an excellent dentist who provides quality care and delivers great results. Her staff is warm and friendly and work with you to make sure you are taken care of, from insurance needs to a relaxing massage pre-treatment. Her office is convenient and there's even parking right in front of her office. I highly recommend Dr. Eslao and her staff. They are a stream-lined quality team.

Dr. Eslao and the enitre staff are the best I've ever encountered. They are caring and highly competent. Not only that, they make going to the dentist FUN!!

Dr. Eslao is excellent. She is caring, sensitive to the patient's needs, and she has a soft touch. No pain, no stress. The prices are high, but considering the importance of the procedures, it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend her as a dentist.

I inherited Dr. Eslao when my previous dentist retired. I found her quite competent and her staff is very nice. Having a massage with every visit is quite relaxing. She kept the pain to a minimum and through the years I have found her easy to talk to and kind to the kids. Overall, she's a little more expensive than other dentists but I think if you're looking for a quality and caring dental experience, you couldn't do better.

My experience with Dr. Eslao was fantastic! I received my first filling with her almost six months ago and her approach is confident and gentle. Her staff is always warm and remember me, I even can bring in my dog (they remember him too). I highly recommend Dr. Eslao, and strongly suggest you take advantage of the on-site massage therapist - very helpful with long procedures and definatley not the typical dental experience.
