Dr. Farr does a thorough exam. He recommends without being pushy or trying to "sell" more than needed. He is encouraging and complimentary about my dental hygiene. His treatments are thorough, efficient, and effective. Dr. Farr explains things well and has a kind, professional "bed-side" manor.
His wife/office manager, Lisa, does everything she can to make my insurance work with us.
About Hygienist: Rosa is kind and gentle. She even rubbed my shoulder when I was getting my Novocaine shot. She has several years experience, so seems efficient and competent.

About ten years ago, I went to Dr. Farr's hygenist, a client of mine, who was great. Dr. Farr had just taken over the office from a retiring dentist whom the hygenist recommended highly. The hygenist said I had a cracked filling, and I decided to give the dentist a try, but didn't realize I was getting the new guy, Dr. Farr. Dr. Farr used the newest technology to show my tiny crack, then proceeded to drill to China. I was in the dentist's chair between 1-2 hours, and my bite was ruined afterwards. My cracked filling replacement ended up costing $700 and I lost the tooth within a few months and had to have a root canal (another $1000). (I had a healthy tooth with a small filling and a crack less than 6 months old, before Dr. Farr worked on it.) It was a very traumatic and expensive experience.
