This is the most unprofessional staff i have ever encountered. I make an appt I give my insurance info Terry tells me she will verify everything before i come in for my appt. I come in for my appt she proceeds to tell me they dont take my insurance. Terry tells me she called me to let me know when I asked her what ph# she called she reads the # & its my mother's ph #. That is a HIPPA Violation. My parents & my husband will all be finding another dentist.

Oustanding service. I have been extremely pleased with the work since 2006. Very effective and efficient. I stronly recommended her to my family and friends and I received the same feedback from them.I was impressed by 2 main factors: quality of the work and the fact that she created options and empowered me with the selection. Great administrative work (quotes, claims, appointment scheduling, planning, etc). This allowed me to minimize the out of pocket expenses in the long run.

About Hygienist: Great custom service provided. She is fast, gentle and very focused on presenting the best options applicable to my situation.

I do not recommend this dentist.She doesn't communicate with her patients, several times I made an appointment to see her and discuss my concerns regarding my treatment plan, and she wasn't even in the office, i only saw the hygienist. The receptionist is rude and careless. Both the hygienist and dr.Moldovan are not knowlegeable of the latest dental care improvements, they didn't even heard about zircon crowns when i asked about it. she and her hygienist try to push you all the time to do unnecessary treatments. The prices are also unbelievably high.

Very knowledgeable and personable dentist. She works quickly and painlessly and has great chair-side manners however she charges a premium for her service and her front desk service staff are not quick to correct billing errors. Also very difficult to get them on the phone even within their "office" hours.

Dr. Moldovan is great. She treats both my husband & I and has referred me to some great specialits as well. I'd recommend her to anyone.

She is terrific, I highly recommend her. My family has been to many dentists in various states and this was by far the best dental experience we've ever had. She is patient, kind and very gentle.
