Dr. Hedrick has an office with most up to date equipment. He offers an honest opinion and has the knowledge to explain the scans and makes recommendations. When I consulted with various dentists and I asked who would you have do YOUR root canal - the response was Dr. Hedrick! His quiet and calm demeanor lessened my anxiety. Excellence and quality - more professionals should be like him!
About Front Desk: Heather is such as asset to office. She understands a patient in pain and is helpful and not condescending. Explaining every detail and anticipating common questions made me feel like I wasn't alone -like I had a friend, very kind.
