This doctor should have his license revoked! Like a previous comment I read, he charges you for fillings and procedures he never does. I went on a Saturday to do a regular cleaning and about a week later I received a letter from my insurance saying he had charged me for about 8 fillings which he never did. This guy has the word FRAUD written all over him and he should be in jail.

If I can make no stars review I would. The man is one a fraud. He will charge your insurance for things he never did then has the audacity to treat you like you are lower than dirt when you confirm it was never done. I went for two xrays to approve of my treatment and when I finally was able to go he goes to charge me for the treatment that WAS NEVER DONE! Stating I already did the treatment. Ha! He is highly unethical and his treatment to people is definitely not of a medical professional. No wonder there is never anyone in that clinic. Please avoid him or be prepared to see outlandish and made up charges.
About Front Desk: I pity the front desk staff. They seem really nice to be involved with such an unprofessional employee.

Dr. Simbaco is a very professional and great at what he does. His office is exceptionally organized & clean, and he also has a very dedicated and outstandiing staff.
