Dr. Chiafair is top notch, extremely knowledgeable,
in that he not only does general dentistry but also implant
surgery as well as the final installation. Everything is done at
his office by him and his staff. It's not like having to go to
one dentist for one thing and then another dentist to finish
the process, like one stop shopping, no hassles. I have had
one extraction, crown replacements and dental implants. The dental implants can vary in price depending on whether
the crown is porcelain or gold and can be as much as $5000.00. It would be better to discuss this with Dr. Chiafair.
His costs are quite comparable to those of other dentists in the area .Everything is done in a very professional manner
and in a very friendly atmosphere. His staff are incredible,
very conscientious and caring. I just cannot say enough nice things about all of them. You won't be sorry if you choose
Dr. Chiafair and his staff for all of your dental needs.

I have known Dr.Chiafair for 15 years and I had all kind of treatement done to my teeth and I had 5 implant,the staff is very professional and for me Dr.Chiafair has been the best dentist that I had in my life,I racomment him because I trust him.

I had to have a porcelain crown remade. My first crown from another dentist would not stay on - so I decided to have Dr. Chaifair make a new one. It took six weeks to finally receive my tooth! He never made me a temporary tooth during the whole time. Kept putting my old crown back on and it wouldn't stay on. Promising me it would only be a few weeks. Came back after two weeks of suffering with the crown that wouln't stay on to find only a mold had been made. Had to wait another three weeks with the old crown. Complained that I needed a temporary and was brushed off.
About Hygienist: Waited 45 minutes in hot waiting room on the first visit. Waited over an hour on the third visit and the receptionist asked me if I could go do something else and come back later! They were all too busy goofing off to be concerned about their patients!

I really like the Dentist and feel he is very qualified..His office is somewhat old and rundown. Last time I was in their there were dead bugs in the lights. Dr Chaifair also seems to be somewhat disorganized as thay are always looking for a tool or something. sometimes I have to wait a long time in the chair. Overall good dentist and work

Dr Chiafair is very nice. He is also very, very good. He had to extract my tooth before he could do the implant. Hearing him take out the tooth was more painful than his actually pulling it out! That's right...the sound was worse than the pain. (I was just sure it would hurt, and when i heard the tooth crack and he pulled it out, i was a astonished that i felt no pain.) I kept waiting for the pain to kick in...but it never did! He did the whole implant process without practically any pain. I was most impressed. I found out after the fact, that my insurance didn't cover the implant. that was far more painful than anything Dr Chiafair did!

Dr. Chiafair is very experienced and personable. His costs are reasonable and the support staff in his office couldn't be more polite!

I went in for a root canal and a bridge, all my appointments I arrived early and was left waiting for HOURS and HOURS, no apology nothing, Dr. Chafair has the bedside manner of a rat, his office staff horrible, I asked how much a procedure would be, scheduled the appointment, confirmed again how much the procedure would be paid the amount asked of me and when I went in to have the crown sat it turns out I owed almost $1000 more than what I paid!! Horrible customer service!!
The day my crown was sat, I was called to go in an hour early only to be confronted by a fat bookkeeper telling me that unless I paid the $1000.00 I would be walking around with a gap in my mouth, to say the least the mafia has kinder tatics than this dental office, then they proceded to leave me upside down in the chair for over 2 hours, the doctor comes in says hello, does his thing and then leaves without even a kind goodbye, if you want to sit in a dentist office all day, deal with INCOMPETENT staff and a cold doctor with little skill or bedside manner then go to this dentist.

I have been seeing Dr. Joe Chiafair as my Dentist for over 6 years now. I have had nothing but a totally positive experience and highly recommend him to anyone. And he is totally pain free !!! Fr. Greg Fay, pastor, Holy Family Church, Jacksonville.
