I have a very unnatural fear of the dentist and Dr Marchan may actually be able to cure this probelm for me! She is gentle and goes above and beyond to ease anxiety and ensure the comfort of her patient. I had a badly chipped tooth but she didnt try to sell me a crown. As a matter of fact she resolved the problem with a filling. It looks great, feels much better and didnt cost me an arm and a leg! I highly reccommend this office to anyone who values integrity and true customer service.
About Hygienist: The hygenist was very gentle, calming and took her time. The entire staff in this office really made me feel very comfortable.

i was terrified of the dentist and tried one other in jacksonville before i found dr marchan. she is the best dentist i have ever had! her staff is wonderful, she is very patient, kind, and so is everyone else there. they strive to make you comfortable. i had many issues going on with my teeth so my visits were very regualr until we found out what the issue was. she didnt require paymetn up front as other dentist do and she worked with my insurance company to get them to cover eveything possible. i did have two insurances, but some things arent regularly covered and tend to be considered cosmetic, though in my case i needed it. she made sure that she was upfront about any possible cost i would have to pay out of pocket. in the end i have only had to pay a total of $75 and thats with me maxing out 2 insurances in a few months. (my insurances allowed for 1200 each) so out of $2400 i have only come out of pocket $75. she is GREAT and so is the staff!
