Dr. John Raffel is an outstanding dentist and a wonderful human being. A friend recommended him to me last Fall when I had some dental problems. He is committed to providing the highest quality care, and he genuinely cares about his patients. Of course, few people , including me, like to go to the dentist. I can not recommend Dr. Raffel high enough; he creates a very congenial environment, works with you to provide the best care, and it's very apparent he loves his profession, and strives to do whatever he can to use his expertise with his patients/
About Hygienist: The entire staff and assistants and dental hygienists are superb - very amiable and highly skilled. Really, like a fantastic team and family!

He is very patient, and kind. I had some fillings and cleaning done. This doctor makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. He treats you like a friend. He explains everything he is going to do clearly and lets you know that if you feel pain to raise your hand and he stops. Unfortunately I moved very far and havent been able to see him again. I recommend him to anyone that needs any fillings or procedures done. I will try to go back even if I have to travel far.
About Hygienist: They did a great job with the cleaning and explained about tooth sensitivity!

I am one of those patients that suffered from extreme trauma as a child & in my adult years feared going to the dentist, therefore neglected my dental work.
From the very first visit (nearly 3 years ago) Dr. John has always made me feel "safe". His bedisde manner cannot be compared. His deep level of kindness & compassion is beyond measure.
His expertise & level of integrity in his work is undeniable. He built crowns, bridges, & overall salvaging of teeth that were in most cases probably would have been lost.
The entire staff is always so cordial, friendly & kind.
I drive nearly an hour to see him & would not go anywhere else!

About Hygienist: All of the staff here are extremely kind, gentle & detail oriented. They all work as a team & have the same attitude as Dr. John, complete respect & kindness. I can honestly say that in 3 years there has "not" been one time that the office staff has been rude or disrespectful.
