Ok, so Goldie is one of those miracles of health care. Seriously, I can not think of how she or her staff for that matter might improve. Each of them are totally on top of their game professionally and just such heartfelt compassion. And Melissa, her assistant is always right on time. She and Dr. Smith think in the same cloud. I got everything done, cavities filled and replaced, crowns made, the temporaries look and work good enough to keep. I am getting the Zoom whitening process from her also.. No pain, great chair-side, keeps me informed about what's coming next. Answers my questions and keeps me on task for getting what I need and what I want.. I already have recommended her. Goldie and her crew are the best... I told them on a 5 star scale, I give them an 11. ***********

About Front Desk: Sheena, how does she do it?!!! Staying in touch with appointments for weeks and months to come, keeping track of insurance for hundreds of patients... I know it's her job, but the thing is she does it so so well!! She has helped me out several times calling me when an appointment suddenly came available. Really means a lot to me!

About Hygienist: Judy is the tops. When she was done, I realized I had never had my teeth cleaned before. She also gave me some great tips on keeping my teeth and gums happy with brush and floss.. My teeth felt great afterwards.. Excellent!!

Dr. Smith's office is warm and inviting. She really cares about her patients, it is not like other dental offices who has assembly line going with their patients. I recommend her 100%

About Front Desk: very polite, they confirm my appointment the day before and if there is a opening earlier they call to let me know. over all fantastic experience 5 star

About Hygienist: dealing with hygienist is always educational, she takes time to advise you have to take care of your teeth 5 star

Dr. Smith is great, and has a very welcoming homey, friendly office, not like one of those chains that only want your money. My parents both are patients of hers as well. She genuinely cares about the health, care and appearance of your teeth. My older mercury fillings needed replaced and with my insurance I had the option to go with new mercury or porcelain fillings. They explained what my rate would be with both and worked with me for when I could get it done and did the fillings in the teeth according to what needed them most. I got the porcelain and have been very happy with them! I am very happy with Dr. "Goldie" Smith and recommend her to all my friends that ask.
