It's all good until all the money is paid then you want to see the doctor instead of the support staff...then your a nuisance and "bothering" them. I've never felt so bad going to a doctor that I've paid $8K+ to and my husband even felt how cold everyone was. It's sad bc it's not like we're dental professionals/no manual or pamphlets giving guidance or information so now we don't even want to go back even if there are problems - it just isn't right but I guess it doesn't matter
