When I was in extreme pain and my regular dentist would not see me for at least 3 days I found Dr. O'Neil on the internet. I called the office and they took me in that afternoon. I needed a root canal and he did a temporary procedure that day (with sedation). I was terrified of the procedure, but they made me feel very comfortable. Prior to visiting his office I rarely had cleanings done, but now I go on a regular basis. I told my husband about the office and he now goes on a regular basis as well. They make a visit to their office a pleasure - no long waits - beverages - memory foam chairs - hot neck cushions - DVD's - cd's - glasses to block the bright lights - and great staff. I never knew the dentist could be like this. It is a bit pricy, but worth every penny!!

I am terrified of dental work, I expect great customer service and like a sqeeky clean office.
I went to Dr O'Neil for a cleaning and x-rays, I knew I needed a possible filling, but this was a way to for me to 'test the waters .'
First, I was impressed by his super-clean facility.
Second, I was under no pressure whatsoever, completely relaxed. For me, this was the first time I have ever been relaxed without laughing gas or tranquilizers.
Third, his staff is not only friendly but very competent.
Finally, Dr. O'Neil is a real professional, a kind and gentle dentist and definitely one of the finest Dentist's I have ever been to.
