Dr. Cherkinsky made my top denture plate for me. This was the first time I had been to him, as he was recommended by the oral surgeon I was seeing for my extractions. During that first visit, I felt he was a little impatient with me, and somewhat insensitive to my feelings. I continued to see him, however, because he came so highly recommended, and I am so glad I did!! The denture came out excellent, and every appointment after my initial visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. The cost was higher than I expected, but Dr. Cherkinsky included multiple religns. (I was not covered by any insurance.) After my surgery, he was in the process of moving his office, so I was unable to go in for a follow up. He gave me his cell number to make sure I was able to contact him with any concerns during the office transition. He returned my multiple calls promptly, and pleasantly. I am so grateful to Dr. Cherkinsky and his staff for the excellent care I received. I will say his chair-side manner could be a little less gruff, but the quality of his work is unmatched, in my opinion, and his staff is very pleasant and caring.

Dr. Cherkinsky was not pleased when I told him I was not happy with inital outcome of the size of the teeth made for me. He immediately made me feel highly uncomfortable with the stress vibes he gave out. And also told me in his 30 years of practicing dentistry that I was the 1st to complain about the procedure ( front teeth being capped). I can say that the remark was highly unprofressional and made me feel like I wanted to walk out in middle of the procedure and find a more sensitive dentist.
