About Front Desk: This dentist does not have front desk staff/receptionists. You call and speak to his answering service. Finding out from the answering service, the male that calls back is the actual dentist. So I don't know if he has any staff! I called today to confirm my appointment, when the male called back-I gave date and time I had noted, he responded with attitude, that is when you schedule it for! Than I decided to ask, Is there a receptionist/front desk staff that work at this office-everytime I call, I speak to the answering service? The male responded, "Do you have a problem with that?" Than he added, I don't need to feed someone to answer the phone 3 or 4 times a day. (Not many calls for a dentist in my opinion). I was appalled by that response. As well as all of this, and called back and cancelled my appt. When I did so, the answering service responded, he didn't call you back? I asked is "he", the dentist himself, The answering service said, yes. This dr is so rude and has such attitude even to perspective patients, nobody problem wants to work with him/quits in doing so. I hope his making enough money to "feed his mouth"!
