Had her fixed a decay. But It was not totally num. she started to work on it. It was ouch! when I back home, when the numbing medicine was gone, I found out I couldn't bite down , it wasn't fit the bottom tooth. Not good experience

I cannot begin to describe the one and only horrible experience I had when I decided to take an employment lunchtime period to simply have a deep cleaning of my upper teeth, some years ago. I still haven't forgotten the trauma of the experience when Dr. Su ,on her own initiative decided to take advantage of the appointment to go ahead, without my consent to anestethize all 4 quadrants in my mouth. The dosage was so intense that she could not resucitate me after she performed the deep cleaning in upper and lower rows of my teeth. She was slapping me about the face to return me to consciousness but it was a very scary ordeal. It took almost 25 minutes to get me to come around. I was hoping that she would call 911 but she "lost it"! She just kept trying and finally I was able to blink and move my head. I never had such an experience and hope nobody should either.

About Hygienist: The hygenists were efficient and sympathetic.

She is very patient and takes her time right, she could make you feel less stress in the treatment procedure. And she keeps the environment pretty neat. They would take care of the insurance claims.

Dr Su - Took me as an emergancy patient right away and was able to help with my pain management. Very nice staff!

She attened more than one patient at a time. That is very annoying.

The facilities are good. Dr. Su is ok, but she is not very patient sometime. I feel like she just want to have the job done as soon as possible.
