I don't often do reviews but, felt the need to brag on this office! From the moment I walked in the entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office is beautifully decorated and gives you a sense of calm. I love that I had the option to enjoy a cold or hot beverage prior to going back for my appointment! I came in with it being 5 yrs since my last dental appointment and was scared at what they would find. My new patient exam was so detailed and informative! And the best news was things weren't as bad as I thought they would be! Their chairside manner was so gentle and understanding. They take their time and enjoy getting to know you as a person. Dr. Clemans is little and has little hands which is such a comfort. Monica is so sweet and patient. She really explained everything and helped me understand what I needed and my options. I am so glad I found this office! Recommend to everyone!!!

I fractured my upper incisor 2 days ago and was in excruciating pain. Next morning made appointment with Dr Clemans as my dentist closed on Fridays. She examined me told me my tooth was rotten and "sure looked painful". She did absolutely nothing for my pain. No local anesthetic, no prescription for novacain oral gel, no pain meds, nothing. She said "we don't give narcotics to new patients. Take advil and Tylenol and I hope you make it to Monday and see your regular dentist."
As I write this I am still in agony thanks to this incompetent, indifferent dentist with absolutely no compassion. I never asked for narcotics and would have been happy with a local and some topical anesthetic but this cold, uncaring person would rather me suffer.
Stay away from this terrible dentist.

I am a wimp when it comes to dental work. Dr.Ruth and her staff made me feel completely at ease while the Dr. put in 2 implants and extracted 1 molar. This was major surgery and at no time did I feel any pain or discomfort. I still have a lot of dental work to do but I know that I am in the competent hands of a highly skilled Dr. I highly recommend Dr Ruth Clemans to anyone who is afraid of dental procedures.

Dr. Clemans and her team are very friendly and make my visits very comfortable. The team is very knowledgable about dentistry and always answers all of my questions about my treatment needs. The doctor and hygienist have excellent clinical skills. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

I have been a part of Dr. Clemans practice for over 5 years and have seen her open this new office - which I love... and I have to say her current team are really working to make the patients happy. Dr. Clemans has always been great at helping me deal with my anxiety - and I can see she is creating a great dental office for all of her patients.

I had a root canal procedure done with Dr Clemans - she and the team were very supportive and informative.
I was petrified of the pain i was going to go through but in the end it was a breeze. Thank you Elite Dentistry for making the experience painless.
I would highly recommend this team to anyone with similar problems.

I felt that everyone in the office was in on the "up sale".
I am in constant pain after work that was done there and have to have it all redone. It was truly a disappointing, expensive and painful experience.
