Dr. burgess is a very kind, patient and gentile Doctor. He and his staff go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable. He has always been an awesome dentist.

So I though Karl Burgess was a respectable dentist, which is a lie. He walked me through every step of the root canal process expect the one where he and his staff raise the price of my treatment. Which I felt was really unprofessional, and criminal, especially when I have already make a payment of $330.00 before the root canal, and a payment arrangement of automatic withdrawal for the remaining balance of $140.00. After the root canal was done, and I went to check out, (Betsy the incompetent; which is the person that processed and took my payment) explains they made a mistake, and did more work that needed to be done and its now over $200.00 more, which I would need to pay half. I was awake and coherent during the full root canal...Why? was this not explain to me at some point before it was done. Con-men, and lairs,No one could explain why I wasn't notified of the extra changes and charges beforehand. And this dumb cow, have the balls to say they can take the root canal back out, but it would be unethical WTF seriously??? UNETHICAL is lying, cheating people out of money by doing extra dental work, then expecting us to pay for it. If you want to be con, lied to, and extorted Karl Burgess Dental Practice great place to start.

Very nice dentist and staff. No high pressured sales pitch for all of the fancy stuff not covered by insurance. Quality dental work at reasonable price.

Dr. Burgess is only on one dental insurance list. As a result I have gone to my in network provider from time to time. After one visit to a different dentist from each of these plans I have returned to Dr. Burgess and paid out of pocket for his services.
