The first time I went to Dr Black was to have a temporary cap put on my tooth as I was going to the main land for a few months..He told me it would last at least a year..Came off with in the first week..Then a couple years later I got horrible infection in the same tooth..Called his office his staff was rude as always..Got me in a couple days later..Referred me to another dentist he said to put an antibiotic injection in my tooth ..But the other Dentist said it was for a root canal..So that was done ..three weeks later my tooth broke in half..Dr black referred me back to the same Dentist to build up my tooth..So Dr black could put a Crown on it..Then the tooth became infected again..I called Dr Blacks office..Didn't get a call back..So I called again and his staff informed me that he had eye surgery and he was not seeing any patients..So later that day I got a call he was putting me on the same antibiotics but a stronger and longer dose..so staff called me May 2nd and told me the soonest they could fit me in was the 17th.so I received a call on the 16th assuming it was to remind me of my appt the next day..How wrong I was..He or his staff gave my appt away told me he was going to try and fit me in .Never called now 3 months.
About Front Desk: Very Rude always have been..Don't understand why he would have a rude front desk staff..That should have been my first clue
