I always heard having "a root canal" was the most painful, torturous procedure one could undergo. Perhaps in some cases, but Dr. Elberlik has done four or five on me, and in each case, I have fallen asleep mid-procedure, to the extent she had to wake me up to complete it.
She also has video screens in the ceiling above the pateint's chair with a large selection of videos (in many different categories - movies, tv, national-geo-types, History Channel, concerts, etc.)
I know this doctor: more than five years

When I needed a second opinion about a root canal going bad, I remembered going to Eda Elbirlik ten years ago and recalled that she had been kind, competent and able to pay attention to me as well as my tooth. She is still wonderful! I'm glad I don't need any more endodontics, but I wouldn't mind so much if she took care of me.
I know this doctor: 10 years

The best experience I've ever had with a root canal. Dr. Elbirlik was professional, thorough, and her demeanor put me at ease. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Elbirlik is the best. She is very thoughtful about which treatment will be best for you, and is very skilled. She knows how to minimize the pain - before, during, and after the root canal. I am scared to death of the dentist chair, but my experience with Dr. Elbirlik (twice over several years) has been better than with any other.
A nice person, a skilled and competent endodontist, and a caring doctor. I can't give her a high enough recommendation.

Eda is conservative and gentle and informative -- just what you want in a medical professional. I had a root canal that was almost painless, thanks to her good care. I highly recommend her.
