A small, no frills office in a loop highrise but great service! Dr. Choyke has always worked on me himself and he has a wonderful calmness about him. There is nothing fancy about the office, but visits are always as pleasant as possible. I usually have to pay a bit ontop of my insurance, but think it is worth the price.

Dr Choyke is a very capable, sincere dentist who gives first class care. His work is first class and he carefully explains what the procedure is, what could take place in exceptions and how the expected result will be and look. His personality helps relax you and reassures you. His results always please you and in my case as i am sure all his other patients you don't have to be afraid of going to the dentist. Dave Gerber

Chris is personable, professional, careful and caring. My family has been treated by him for many, many years. In all that time, not one problem for the four of us.
