I have been going to Dr. O'Meara for over ten years and can't say enough about what a fantastic dentist he is. He is a straight-shooter. He won't talk you into things you don't need, but if you want to go all-out on a smile makeover, he will tell you exactly what to expect from a cost and treatment standpoint. He has done crowns and fillings for me, including replacement of old fillings. I have a history of being very hard to numb but I have never experienced pain in Dr. O'Meara's chair. Last but not least, his office is bright and airy, several floors above Michigan Avenue -- I'm usually overlooking the Peninsula Hotel during treatment. How's that for atmosphere? Sure beats looking at a poster on the ceiling!
About Hygienist: His hygienists are friendly, professional and efficient. Everything you could ask for.

Dr. O'mera has made a guy who was afraid of dentists in general into a guy who likes going to the dentist.
All his work is top notch and after many different procedures I am happy to smile.
His practice uses all the latest techniques and equipment.
I can't recommend him enough!

I found Dr. OMera when 90% of the people I worked with were pateints of his. He is very knowledgable, will seek cost effective treatments and alternatives, has warm and friendly staff. They work some weekends and evenings. When I was to begin chemotherapy, the entire staff did whatever they could to make sure I was ready. There are great views of Michigan Ave AND he has those wonderful massaging chairs so your back doesn't hurt!

Dr. O'Meara is a great dentist and quite a character. He will make you laugh while making your smile healthy and beautiful. His staff is very professional and accomodating. They made me feel like family when I came in for my appointment. I hope he never retires :)

fillings, check ups, root canal, crowns, soon to be bonding.
My husband has been a patient of his for several years.
We find that his work is top-notch-great options-plays

he is so gentle and unassuming and my front teeth (caps) look fantastic
