Great doctor, excellent service. Fixed a bad tooth from another Dds. Adjusted my bill because insurance was not enough to cover making it an affordable procedure for me.

Excellent customer service in office and Dr O'Toole was outstanding! I had a root canal for first time in my life. Dr O'Toole took the time to explain the procedure and was comforting and reassuring. He is also an outstanding technician and completed the process in about 45 minutes. I am happy that he is available in our area! My husband has had 3 root canals from Dro O'Toole and also thinks he is great.

He did a root canal on a tooth that had one just months earlier by another dentist who did not do a complete job; the other dentist is a general practictioner while Dr. O'Toole is a specialist with specialty tools. Very friendly and took the time to answer my questions clearly.

I've had two root canals in the last month - other than the injection, both were painless. The 2nd one seemed to be quite complicated, but I had no pain or reaction to the root canal. I think he is as good as it gets!

Dr. O'Toole performed a routine root canal for me the same day that I called. Within a week he put me on antibiotics. Two weeks later, the pain came back and he put me on another course of stronger antibiotics. Now, a month later, the pain is still there and he offered even stronger antibiotics or more surgery for $500. I am choosing to find a different doctor instead.
