Dr Jacobs is very professional & skilled. Over the years he has done crowns, bridges, extractions & repairs. His primary concern is that the work is done correctly & the patient is comfortable with the results.
His staff is very nice & easy to work with. They provide reminder cards & phone calls about appointments. I have never had a problem with insurance or Jesse who handles the business end.

I've known Doctor Jacobs for an extremely long time but he has only been my dentist for a few years, what a mistake waiting was, his friendly approach he uses with all his patients is not a facade but a reflection of his good nature that he carries with him always. He is a very comforting person who always shares the best option to you and genuinely cares for you in any situation. Recently I had a few minor emergencies and was promptly attended to without the feeling that I was bothering him or his staff. I highly recommend him to anyone who is cautious about going to the dentist as I was, because he makes you feel like family and not a job.

Our family has used Dr. Mark Jacobs for more than 20 years. He is very good, taking a personal interest in his patients, and going beyond the call of duty. He is very tolerant of small children, who are uncooperative with him. His staff is also very professional. They are helpful in getting insurance reimbursements. We recommend this dentist very highly!
