Dr. Laird is a very kind person, he does what he can to put you at ease and is very attentive to your comfort, even asking if you want/need to take a break during longer procedures and making sure you know to let him know if you feel discomfort as there is no need for that. He is also extremely respectful of your time, I've been going there for 8 years and he's only been running late once and the office called to let me know well before the appointment time. I'm a big fan of this dentist. He also does everything from start to finish, even the cleaning.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff has always been very polite and professional, and they make sure to send out appointment reminders and get billing documentation to you.

His work is good but his billing and documentation has allot to be desired! Usually takes a couple calls to get the proper paperwork.

I know Dr. Laird professionally for around 4 years. He is one of the most kind, most personable men I have ever known. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his practice and takes the time to do things right and finds a way to make it affordable to you. I would and do recommend him to anyone looking for a quality, honest, skilled dentist.
About Hygienist: This office makes cleanliness and hygiene a priority. Everyone at this office has be there for years and takes pride in doing a great job.
