I have been going to Beyer Dental for 7 years. I always have to wait for the dentist to see me. However the experience with a couple of the dentists were positive. I was getting my teeth cleaned a couple of weeks ago. That's when I experienced worst customer service. I waited more than one hour in the waiting area. Once I sat on the chair, I waited 20 minutes more. Dr. Irena Beyer came in preoccupied with something else, started cleaning, asking me to hold the sucker. She was very disorganized doing the cleaning, had water splashing on me all over. The worst teeth cleaning ever!

Do not go to Dr. Beyer. He is arrogant, insulting and most likely you will have a dentist.that he just brought over to work on you. Wives work is shoddy too. They were having an argument while working on me.
He has a poor people's clinic downstairs where he buses in people. Not sure if that is legal.

When I came into this office I was immediately given soft pillows, complementary drinks and much more! the treatment was 100% painless. This doctor is recomended.

Poor procedure outcome. I did not vave a good experience with this dentist. Unorganized staff. In general, I felt that I should have went elsewhere. Too much pressure to see consultants. Unethical insurance billing, all-in-all very provincial feel to the whole practice.

Very great doctor, very kind, appealing facilities! Could barely feel pain. Assistants had very great manners, very polite, I was treated like a queen. Payment easy. No confusion.

Very fast paced office. I felt as if I was a bit rushed. Prices were a bit high also.

Good with appointment reminders and explain a lot about what you need to do for your specific dental care. Could improve with insurance help.
